How we do it

Assess, plan, then fit out.

Assess.

We inspect the apartment and note what can stay, what should change and how much setup it needs.

Plan and approve.

We propose the design, the item list and the budget, from light styling to a full fit-out. Nothing is bought until you approve it.

Fit out and set up.

We coordinate suppliers and installers, check the work against the approved plan and prepare the apartment for its first guests.

Why it matters

Guests book from the photos and review the stay.

A layout that works and finishes that hold up show in the listing photos, in the rate the apartment can hold and in the reviews it earns. We spend where guests notice, and keep what already works.

FAQ

Questions owners ask about the fit-out.

Who pays for the furnishing?

You do, against a budget you approve before anything is bought. The furnishing is yours, and it stays with you if the agreement ends.

My apartment is already furnished. Do I need a full fit-out?

Not necessarily. We assess what can stay and recommend only what the apartment needs to be guest-ready. If the furnishing cannot reach the standard our guests expect, we tell you before you sign.

Can I choose the style?

Yes. Tell us what you have in mind at the start. We recommend what suits the apartment and its guests, and you approve the final design before work begins.

How long does the fit-out take?

It depends on the apartment's condition and the scope we agree. Your proposal sets out the timeline before you sign anything.
